Agria Pet Insurance has a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our expanding marketing team. The role will be hybrid based, working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary depending on experience plus benefits.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

About the role:
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will contribute to the whole digital marketing mix and support the Digital Marketing Manager & Affiliate Performance Manager. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate practical and in-depth experience of core digital marketing principles including SEM, social media advertising, content writing and affiliate marketing and have experience of working with both Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager platforms.
Responsibilities as our Digital Marketing Executive will include:
* Supporting the Digital Marketing & Affiliate Performance Manager with all Digital marketing tasks
* Be responsible for the creation of campaign landing pages, writing content for SEO including carrying out link building and site UX improvements
* Supporting all partners with delivery of digital marketing plans and collaborative website integration
* Working to meet the departmental objectives, including maintaining SLAs and achieving required quality results
* Be responsible for monthly plans that achieve the business objectives
* Providing reports and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis
* Reporting of digital marketing agencies/vendors
* Be responsible for digital marketing insight and research for the business
What we are looking for in our Digital Marketing Executive:
* Experience of Google marketing suite including Google Ads and Analytics
* Experience of Facebook Ads platform
* Experience of creating analytics and performance reports
* Experience to an advanced level in using Microsoft Excel including the use and understanding of mathematical formulas
* Experience of social media advertising techniques, including targeting parameters, campaign optimisation and analytics
* Experience of CMS platforms and site content management would be advantageous
* Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
* Ability to effectively prioritise workloads
* Excellent attention to detail
* Well organised and self-motivated
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Good interpersonal and team working skills
* Ability to work to agreed performance targets
