A temporary booking working in a regulated environment as a Purchasing Advisor until May 2022.
MUST PASS SOFT CREDIT CHECK
We’re looking for an individual who have strong admin skills, dealing with high level of paperwork related to fleet contracts.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
IT literate with the ability to grasp new systems.
Confident and customer focused in communicating by telephone and email.
Duties to include:
* Communicating with customers and vehicle suppliers to identify vehicle requirements
* Liaising with nominated dealer including obtaining quotations and issuing vehicle purchase orders
* Progressing vehicle order weekly, keeping systems and customers updated
* Liaison between dealer and customer to arrange new vehicle delivery
* Payment of supplier invoices
* Ensuring customer expectations are always managed
* Responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and inter departmental activities
A busy role, repetitive with high volume data entry.
Free Parking, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
