My client is an exciting fitness brand who have gained a fantastic reputation for developing and implementing a great fitness product with top notch equipment in great venues.
They are looking for a Head of Marketing and Subscriptions to join and lead their Marketing team. The successful Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Marketing and subscriptions strategy working closely with the team to bring the strategy to life, whilst overseeing the activities and performance of the team by setting individual targets.

Role
Plan and execute the overall marketing plan including PR of a new and highly innovative (studio and in-home) disruptor brand, initially in the UK and thereafter across Europe.
Plan and execute the full Customer Service Engagement model and ensure maximum uptake and retention of guest (customers)
Plan and execute the sales and promotion for all studios
Plan and execute the staged and geographically specific launch of new studios as they are rolled out.
Plan and execute community engagement campaigns as studios are launched.
Plan, execute, track, measure and adapt both the broader brand and specifically tactical social media and digital campaigns for both studio and in-home remote Heba services.
Develop, measure, and capture best practice and then pass it on
Training and leading the guides regarding sales and Customer Service messages
Required Skills and Experience
Marketing experience in the health and leisure industry.
Clearly visible experience in digital and social marketing, digital paid advertising, paid social and SEO, either client or agency side.
CRM and Customer Service role in leisure or hospitality industry
Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating and analysing data in order to make actionable recommendations.
Experience with social media reporting, listening and marketing platforms such as Sprinklr, Facebook Pixel.
Able to present ideas in an organised and coherent manner and be willing to debate them in an open and safe environment.
Strong language skills and a strong visual sensibility.
Keen to work with a small, high level, globally experienced team of entrepreneurs and with a hunger to develop their marketing and strategy skills.
