£23.00 per Hour

Monday to Friday

My client is looking for an Insights Analyst to develop and provide accurate, timely, and meaningful reports on HR data. You will provide HR analytics in key identified areas. You will be highly experienced in using Microsoft Excel to an advanced level and have an understanding of HR data,

Key Activities:

Develop a proficient HR KPI reporting suite.
Building reports to include progress against target, highlighting areas of deviation and provide insight and understanding behind reasons for such deviations.
Produce quarterly People Metrics reports and twice yearly Supervisory Board HR support pack
Provide pro-active tracking of headcount reporting to highlight to HR management team any deviations from annual budget
Investigate, analyse and create HR metrics to provide insight into key areas of HR operational and strategic focus.Person Specification

Ability to analysis complex data, identify key information and present findings in a simple, easy to understand format
Ability to adapt communication style and to suit differing audiences
Excellent IT skills, particularly a high degree of competence with Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
