The Client;
Fibre Manager / Installation Manager required for our client, they are a full fibre broadband supplier who are currently rolling out 10Gbps network throughout various areas in the South East. They currently employ over 300 members of staff throughout the UK and are now looking to recruit a Fibre Manager / Technical Services Manager in the Buckinghamshire area to support ongoing growth.

Fibre Manager / Installations Manager duties;
– Responsible for the installation of network extensions and the final mile cabling for complex installations.
– Working closely with the project teams, to ensure that technical requirements are understood and met
– The Fibre Manager will mentor and develop Installation Engineers and will also establish and grow a directly employed complex installation teams
– Ensures that Complex Install Fibre designs and operations are compliant with policys.

Fibre Manager Requirements;
– Previous and in-date NRSWA Supervisor qualifications
– OTDR Experience – Viavi, EXFO, CMA NETTEST, ANRITSU, NOYES or similar
– Experienced with the use of Fusion splicing – Fujikura 60s, 70s or similar.
– Working experience of GPON or XGSPON networks
– Strong understanding of H&S regulations
– Based around the Buckinghamshire area

Fibre Manager Remuneration;
– Salary – £43,000 – £47,000
