James Gray Recruitment are currently working with a leading Renewable Energy organisation to recruit an Internal Sales Account Manager for their office in Milton Keynes.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the sales account and customer support team, acting as an interface for the business to the customer. This role is to ensure an effective and competitive quotation process while working in conjunction with the external salesforce advising and selling to the customer and providing effective and efficient after-sales service throughout the full transaction cycle.

Your duties will include:

* Forging solid relationships with key customers – while understanding their needs and requirements

* Working together with the Sales Director to ensure budgetary targets are met and assisting in the quarterly client review process

* Providing price quotations and discussing future opportunities with existing clients to build future order pipeline

* Assisting the Sales Director to identify and target new business opportunities within the industry to capture new business

* Working with the Sales Manager to produce accurate forecasting and monthly pricing

* Liaising with the customer throughout the full transaction cycle

For this position, you must come for a Sales Account Manager position, and have a strong knowledge of the Renewable Energy industry. It is essential you are sales focused and have excellent pricing and analytical skills. This is a client facing position, so you must have the ability to communicate well and build strong relationships with customers.
