Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for the next step in your career?

Our client, a leading manufacturing business in Milton Keynes has an opening for a Senior Credit Controller to help lead their friendly finance team. This is a permanent role with a salary of £28,000.

Areas of responsibility

As Senior Credit Controller you'll be providing crucial support and leadership to your team members. You'll be processing training and holding regular check-ins as well as supporting accounts for Credit Control. In addition to this you also:

Monitor & review accounts to maintain credit terms
Issuing of Dunning Notice One & Two as per the monthly Credit Control Schedule
Provide listings of accounts receiving Dunning Notices
Review own ledger to establish & obtain potential queries
Complete the 60 Day Debt Review
Communicate effectively with sales team members to aid query resolution & gain payment where applicable Skills / Experience

Must have experience within Credit Control, Sales Ledger and Cash Applications
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP) and Word
Strong communication and people skills
Have a positive approach to work The hours for this role are 9 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday with a 1-hour break for lunch and will be based initially in the office for training and then move to become a mix of office/home-based.
