With some of our Sales Executives earning £100,000+, we’re looking for a highly driven Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing business. Selling a comprehensive range of B2B finance solutions from our modern offices in Milton Keynes, we’re looking to double the size of our team. BASIC SALARY: Up to £28,000

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: You’ll need to live commutable to our Milton Keynes office, but you could be based in Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury, Banbury, Wellingborough, Rugby, Daventry, Olney, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Telesales Executive, Internal Sales Executive – Financial Solutions – B2B
To keep pace with our massive growth we’re doubling the size of our sales team from 12 to 24. You’ll complete the full 360 sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale. You’ll work with clients in over 30 sectors and markets, understanding their needs and offering them our full range of financial products. You’ll build relationships over the phone and adopt a consultative sales approach to follow FCA regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Telesales Executive, Internal Sales Executive – Financial Solutions – B2B
As one of our Sales Executive / Account Managers, you will:
· Generate leads and contact prospective clients to assess their needs
· Prepare and complete financial documents to be presented to our lending panel
· Negotiate and close deals
· Maintain existing relationships with clients to capitalise on future and repeat business
· Ensure that you’re up to date and improving your knowledge of the finance products that we offer
· Constantly manage your own performance to ensure that your targets are being met, but ideally smashed!
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Telesales Executive, Internal Sales Executive – Financial Solutions – B2B
To be our next Sales Executive / Account Manager, you’ll already have some sales experience within B2B markets. You might be an IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) or have previous experience within a finance or insurance brokerage, but this isn’t essential. What IS essential is your ability to pick up the phone and talk to people. You need to be:
· Resilient and willing to persevere to be successful
· Highly motivated and love to smash targets
· Detail driven with strong time management skills
· Willing to listen and learn
