Maintenance Supervisor – Milton Keynes

The Company:

My client is one of the largest independent providers of property maintenance services in the UK, providing both Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to thousands of clients across tens of thousands of locations around the UK. They provide, Mechanical & Electrical, Fabric, Air conditioning and Combustion, maintenance and installations to commercial & retail environments. With 15 regional offices they are national specialists in planned and responsive maintenance and all of there services are based on `self delivery`, which means that they employ only the best, fully qualified in-house technicians and engineers to maintain quality standards. They currently employ over 2000 technicians and engineers.

The Role:

My Client looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to be based on a large commercial site in Milton Keynes

The successful candidate will have an electrical bias and have a proven track record in a supervisory capacity with a strong technical ability across the building services sector. They will be required to supervise a team of multi- skilled engineers, liaise with the client, arrange PPM schedules and quote for small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· First Line technical support

· Excellent fault-finding ability

· Supervise the team and ensure a happy workforce

· Ensure technical standards of engineers remain high

· Quote for small works

· Minimum requirements 17th Edition and C&G in an electrical discipline.

The Salary/Benefits:

· Up to £45,000
