Service Coordinator – £30k – £35k – High Wycombe Area

A leading building facilities company specialising in HVAC engineering are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team in High Wycombe where you will be  supporting the day to day operations of the business.

SALARY & PACKAGE

£30,000 – £35,000
Mon – Fri, 8am – 4.30pm
23 days holiday + 1 accrued each year up to 3 years

THE ROLE

 Answering telephone enquiries from customers and suppliers and actioning where appropriate

Organising the weekly works schedule
Assisting in preparation of ISO certification
Submitting RAMS and Permits
Overseeing service contracts
Benchmark suppliers to ensure value for money
Populating quotation templates from information provided by engineers
Organising engineers to carry out site surveys and follow up quotations
Ordering equipment/spare parts
Organising Sub-Contractors
Account management – first point of contact for clients picking up jobs through to completion
Monthly reviewing Health & Safety procedures alongside H&S consultant; overseeing work practices and reporting any issues. Issue advice/updates notices to all staff (Covid guidelines/traffic regulation changes)
Implement warehouse control procedures (end of day tidying/stock taking by engineers)
Organising subcontractors to carry out site inspections
