I am working in partnership with a fast-growing start-up SaaS company, based in Marlow. They offer a platform for their clients to manage their spending on software and guarantee to make them huge savings!
They are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join the team at a really crucial stage of the companies lifecycle, having just launched their service!
This would be the first hire of the team, allowing your role to grow as the company excels.
The role:
– Assisting in the onboarding and management of clients.
– Reaching out to our vendor partners and gaining required contractual data.
– Engaging and providing value-added touchpoints with the existing clients.
– Partnering and assisting the Portfolio team with renewal / new SaaS requirements.
