You will be responsible for delivering an excellent administration service through the management of the administration team.
The main duties will include:
* Providing an excellent administration service in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines
* Managing all assigned team including, but not limited to, leadership, recruitment, induction, motivation, retention, appraisals and performance management
* Have full knowledge of all procedures within the overall team
* Supporting the Manager at all times
* Understand and uphold all systems within the department
* Daily running of allocated team
* Ensuring all team members work to targets as set by yourself in line with company targets
* Providing reports as required by the Team Manager
* Coach and develop the Administration Team members
* Maintain and enhance customer service standards
* Complete and assist with projects
The successful candidate will need excellent customer service skills along with:
Possess and able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills Leadership skills
Proven experience of managing a team within a busy environment
Ability to work to targets
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Able to demonstrate initiative and work with little supervision
Team player
Proven excellent database management skills
Possess influential and persuasive skills set
Excellent telephone manner and excellent communication skills: oral and written
