Are you a passionate and commercial recruiter who is motivated to hire top talent
You will be developing recruitment strategies to align with the larger business goals by driving the full life cycle recruitment process from qualifying positions, talent identification – both active and passive candidates, ATS tasks, utilising behavioural interview tools and driving employer branding campaigns to attract top talent in the market.
The Job:
Providing technical recruiting support to our EMEA and APAC markets
Developing innovative & actionable sourcing strategies that generate a consistent flow of qualified talent in targeted areas
Delivering a world-class candidate experience by setting appropriate expectations, consistently following up with status updates through multiple communication channels, and genuinely trying to act in the best interest of the candidate.
Working closely with the Hiring Managers by taking a proactive; consultative approach to understanding their business needs, providing insights & guidance on current market conditions, and consistently delivering the needed talent to elevate & grow our teams.
About you:
Ideally 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience in a fast paced, full lifecycle role
Demonstrated success of consistently producing results in a high-volume recruiting environment (agency or corporate)
You are a natural networker
Understand how to leverage social media to grow your network & develop/maintain relationships
You are competitive & driven yet a strong team player
