Location: Milton Keynes with Hybrid working available
Hours: Full time/Permanent
Salary: £25000 – £30,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission.

To complement our ambitious growth plans and new business wins, Profile Resourcing are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our growing team and help in delivering the highest quality service in our Talent Partnerships to new and existing clients.

Recruitment Consultant responsibilities:
* Keeping in touch with clients to maintain and develop relationships.
* Taking briefs, writing advert copy and advising roles
* Advising on the best packages for clients to use
* Posting adverts using posting software
* Searching for candidates using CV database searches
* Management of Candidate Journey and Communications
* Providing weekly updates on role progress to clients
* Offer Management
* Attend meetings with key decision-makers (where appropriate)
* Attend Business Networking events
About You:
* You will be a capable consultant with excellent communications skills and a passion for good service and client support. An understanding and passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within the full recruitment life cycle will be a distinct advantage. You will be sympathetic to the challenges faced by businesses and have a focus on helping them to save time and money.

* experienced in recruitment resourcing or sales focused role
