An independent, residential developer who are based in North West London is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their expanding team. They are recognised for their high-quality housing developments and operate across the Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire regions.

You will be responsible for 2-3 schemes at any one time and these will be a mixture of legacy sites and new schemes from planning consent through to design. This house builder only buys optimum sites and pay attention to the design and quality to make their product and brand stand out.

Due to the infancy of the company, there is a fantastic opportunity to help the team establish itself and as the department grows it will lead to progression and promotional opportunities with the department.
It would be ideal if you held an industry related degree or/are qualified in Architectural Technology with experience of working within residential development either in an Architectural Practice, House builder or Contractor.

This opportunity would suit applicants with a strong attention to detail, who are organised and committed to working as a team to achieve a high level of quality and to deliver within project deadlines.

The basic salary this will be dependent on individual experience and previous work history along with a generous benefits package.
