Concept are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator/ Support in Milton Keynes to work for a leading security services technology organisation
You will be assisting with an upturn of project work on an 4-6 week contract with a possibility of extending.
What will your day to day activities as a Project Administrator involve?
You will be the first point of contact for any administration support to onsite / offsite project managers and the projects support team
Assisting with day to day project needs such as updating and working with the service management software
Updating and manipulating schedules
Data input on various excel spreadsheets
Auditing and producing reports
Communicating with the engineering team
Booking hotels, hire cars, couriers etc
What are we looking for?
Candidates with a strong project administration background and experience dealing with project engineers / end clients
Scheduling experience
Proficient when using Excel systems
Working Hours
You will be working onsite at our client's offices and also from home (hybrid)
You will be working day time hours between Monday – Friday, (Apply online only)
What's on offer?
You will be paid £15.16 per hour via Umbrella company
Your contract will start ASAP for an initial 4-6 week period
This contract has been deemed an inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company. The above rates are the umbrella company rates subject to weekly fee and deductions
