As Mobile Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for the repairs and up-keep of the sites within the portfolio. The areas to be covered are, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Northampton and the occasional trip to Peterborough and North London.

Day to day duties will include: statutory testing and inspections, reactive repairs (replacing bulbs, changing locks, ceiling and carpet tile replacements) refurbishments and general housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will have relative experience in a facilities management maintenance role and a clean driving licence
