As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be provided with on-going training and development to help you become a highly trained sales professional. You will learn best practices, as well as techniques to maximise your earnings.

The successful trainee sales person/recruitment consultant will build upon an already established permanent desk, with clients in Utilities, Gas, and Engineering. After full training you will be expected to develop new clients and build long term supplier relationships.

£18k – £25k basic realistic OTE of £40k plus
