Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Co-ordinator to accurately process all customer orders for the Benelux team. Our client needs a candidate who has exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail and can work in in a logical way whilst under pressure.
Salary = £25000 with quarterly company bonus (not guaranteed). Historically this has offered an additional £4000
The successful candidate would ideally have experience working within the electrical/lighting/technical industry.
Multi-lingual who are fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
Your role:
Accurately load & confirm customer orders in line with the published processes and Trade Compliance rules
Provide excellent customer service to Internal and External customers incl. through the Webchat service
Lead generation and research as required and in line with regional strategy
Provide proactive feedback to all linked personnel
Action ALL enquiries relating to orders including, bespoke and stock lines
Proactive order progressing & tracking
Proactive quote generation, processing, follow up and conversion
Proactive calling of customers for channel relationship building to enhance revenue growth
Promotional communication activity as required
Compilation and maintenance of the marketing log
Sample processing and follow up
Working together in a Team, provide cross functional support and Team cover when required.The person:
Additional fluency in French – written and spoken
Minimum of 1 year in a sales environment – technical components would be an advantage
