Are you a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive with a strong desire to progress? We have a very exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a well-established and successful financial services organisation in Milton Keynes and paying a salary of up to £25,000.
If you're keen to earn unlimited commission and have a keen interest in commercial finance or the desire to learn and grow in the sector, this could be the perfect position for you!
Main Responsibilities
You will need to be prepared to work in a very busy environment, turning outbound sales calls into warm leads and converting these into finance agreements. As Sales Executive you will be:
Dealing with business finance enquires
Identifying the requirements of customers over the phone and completing a customer proposal form
Completing self-populating documents for the client to sign
Recording all customer information and updating the database
Chasing customer enquiries to complete a finance transaction at set rates and commissions
Calls to previous applicants that have enquired into services To be successful in this role you must be prepared to work long hours, but the reward for doing so more than makes up for it. Typically your hours will be 8am-6.30pm, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. The dress code for the office is a suit and tie.

This role would suit an enthusiastic person who wants to develop and progress in their sales career or a more experienced individual looking for an exciting environment to work in with the ability to earn amazing amounts of commission.
Benefits
As a Sales Executive, you'll earn a basic salary of £25,000 basic, but you will earn around £100,000 per year if you hit target. Targets are achievable and many staff earn this and in excess of this year on year.
