Customer Service / Order Entry Executive

c£25Kpa, temporary Contract to at least Dec 2022A Customer Service Executive with solid order entry (order processing) knowledge is needed to join a friendly CS team for a period of at least 10 months on a fixed term contract basis.

The Role:

As part of the Customer Service team, you'll be responsible for the processing of customer purchase orders from the point of their receipt to their dispatch, ensuring that they are managed within the given timeframes.

The role involves the management of the emails in the Sales Inbox and responding to customer queries quickly and efficiently.

What you'll need:

Along with good purchase order processing experience, you'll be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

You'll also be able to work quickly and accurately to ensure minimum errors in purchase orders.

A good level of MS Office knowledge is essential.

This customer service position is temporary until at least Dec 2022 with an annual salary of c£25K. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with an opportunity to WFH a few days a week after training.
