Business Development Executive – Buckinghamshire

£30,000- £40000 + OTE 50k

An IT Technology company that is rapidly growing, based in Buckinghamshire, is currently looking for a Business Development Executive with 2 years B2B IT sales experience as well as some knowledge within selling a Microsoft based product. The company itself has been working within the SME market and is partnered up with Microsoft Gold.

The Business Development Executive will not only receive a generous salary of £30000- £40000 but will also receive 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and have your birthday and work anniversary off! Reporting to the Head of Business Development you will work closely with the sales team whilst maintaining high customer service.

Key Duties for the Business Development Executive Role will include;

Developing and learning new skills
Building and maintaining rapport with customers
Confidently communicating via telephone and email when dealing with supplier and client queries
Identifying new opportunities which will range between new markets, customers and trends
Qualifying new accounts and see that they are passed on to the sales team
Making a high volume of calls a dayRole Requirements for the Business Development Executive Role

Must have experience selling an IT based product preferably a Microsoft product
Ideally from a Managed Service background
2-4 years B2B business experience within IT Sales (Vendor, Distributor, Reseller)
Work well under stress and meet deadlines
Great team player with a positive mental attitude
Strong organisational skills and time management
