Our client a global leader in medical aesthetics is looking to recruit a Customer Success Manager.
Based at their UK office in High Wycombe you will engage with all clients and customers, maximising value and creating strategies to grow the client base.
Salary £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday, pension 7% employer contribution with 4% employee contribution, private medical.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage client portfolios.
* Sustain business growth and profitability by maximising value.
* Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
* Hold product demonstrations for customers.
* Improve onboarding processes.
* Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
* Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
* Minimise customer churn.
* Aid in product design and product development.
Requirements:
* Degree, preferability in Communications or Marketing desirable but not essential.
* Highly organised and able to multi-task.
* Self-driven and proactive nature.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrate leadership qualities.
* High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
* Knowledge of customer success processes.
* Experience in document creation.
* Patient and active listener.
* Passion for service
