We are delighted to be representing our client on an exclusive basis for the newly created role of Accounts Assistant. The company is based in Whitchurch, Hampshire and the role reports to the Global operations director. The organisation is a localised branch of an international operation, they are looking for someone who wants to learn and progress. This is an immediate requirement so if it sounds like a bit of you please get in touch.
The main responsibilities will be:
Managing processing of invoices/ purchase ledgers and sales reports;
Bank reconciliations;
Assisting with monthly statements;
Speaking directly with third party customers regarding invoice queries.
Suitable Candidate:
You will require 1-year experience in a hands on accounts position;
Experience using finance software – Xero preferable;
Someone who is motivated to progress and develop skillset;
Strong organisational and excel skills required.

Whilst accounting qualifications are not a must in this role, the team are looking for someone who is driven to learn new skills and develop their skillset further, you will have a manager who is invested in helping you grow.
