Advising senior leadership teams or asset group owners to support, challenge and influence decision making
*
Ensuring that business areas accurately maintain and update their Integrated Service Taxonomy and asset group owners maintain and update their supporting assets
*
Ensuring IBS Owners/ Asset Owners/Pillar Owners have appropriate control testing schedules for all critical processes, challenging the feasibility of remediation plans, and delivering improvements through lessons learned
*
Using specialist knowledge of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity policies, standards, and controls to identify service risks and propose workable solutions to mitigate or reduce resilience risks
*
Leading the development of Important Business Services recovery plans in line with regulatory requirements
What you'll bring.
*
Understanding and able to demonstrate application of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity disciplines
*
Experience working in either an operational business area role or customer facing role
It would also be nice for you to have.

An understanding of risk and controls within the Bank
*
Ability to build collaborative working relationships
*
Able to present complex information in a simplified and engaging style
*
Strong interpersonal skills – able to persuade, influence and challenge at all levels using a range of approaches to achieve deliverables
What else you need to know.
Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
This role is currently hybrid working, location Milton Keynes/Home with an expectation of at least one meeting per quarter in the office.
