As an Area Manager you will responsible for leading a portfolio of stores across the region, delivering on key business objectives, setting and reviewing targets with your team and ensuring that every customer receives the very best experience in store.This is a role for a high energy, dedicated, hard working and passionate individual who takes real pride in their work, their stores, the brand they work for and will go the extra mile everyday to ensure this is delivered. As a Area Manager you will represent the brand at all times, have a strong focus with your customers as well as driving and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the region to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
Experience of managing a multi site large operation
Customer centric; ensure the team interact with customers at all times
Make commercial decisions that benefit the region
Manage the performance of the management team
Responsible for all appraisals and performance reviews
Operationally strong with a focus on delivery and productivity
Drive sales and performance with your region
Recruit, induct and train a team when necessary to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process
Commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
Incentives of the team to achieve targets and KPI'sYou will be a credible presence on your area and must be able to support your management team.

Our client has a starting salary of up to £35,000 with bonuses, great benefits and a car allowance!
