Leave your positive mark onto the operations and management aspects of a residential home for adults in Chesham. The home is for clients struggling with learning disabilities and is a small 6 bed home in Chesham. On behalf of our client we are looking for Registered Manager – small LD home with social care experience that can hit the ground running and make a difference into how a residential home could be run.
Registered Manager – small LD home – about the role:
You have the chance to prove your abilities by being responsible of the day-to-day management of the service bringing significant improvement at operational level but also management. As a Registered Manager – small LD home you will be working in close collaboration with senior management to ensure a provision of outstanding quality service. You will have in mind to respect individual needs of clients but also staff to provide a nurturing environment for client satisfaction but also organisational priorities.
You will be working for a health care company that is ambitious, forward thinking that has several residential services across the UK with Good Ofsted.
