Are you an Project Manager with experience working on large House building Projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in Milton Keynes?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer New Build Housing across the UK and Europe. Due to a securing a new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with a Project Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in managing House Building projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading 5 Star House Building contractor.

The Role:

*Site Based role in Milton Keynes (Parking on Site)
* Project Manager: Push the project through to completion, management of site staff and sub-contractors, regular meetings, health and safety, working alongside the construction director
*9 Month contract
*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS
*First Aid
* CSCS card
*Experience working on large scale Housing Projects
* Available immediately
