Our client is a leading marketing company working within the Tech space and they have a global client base dealing with clients in UK, Ireland, Europe, US and Australia. The company helps organisations in the tech world to stand out and stay ahead of the curve through marketing. they help them to maximise revenue across both new and existing customers through a mix of lead generation and CRM campaigns and selling cutting edge Saas and tech solutions.
They now require a Telesales Team Leader to join their team.
Duties will involve the following:
1) Managing a small Telesales Team
2) Developing team members to meet KPI's and targets.
3) Assisting and organising training.
4) 1 to 1s.
5) Call listening and identifying training requirements.
6) The role will also be hands on where you will work and manage your own sales leads.
7) Introducing the clients products and services to their target market via outbound techniques.
8) Video prospecting, outbound calling and emails to drive engagement.
9) Apply consultative sales skills within several different clients projects.
10) Management of the CRM.
Candidates applying should ideally have at least 1 years experience within a similar Telesales Team role or we will be happy to look at candidates who have been in a general sales/telesales role and are ready to take the next step up to a Team Leader position.
