Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-established and growing multi-national manufacturer of products supplied to the construction industry based in the High Wycombe area. Due to ongoing success they are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join their development team, responsible for designing new components and systems from concept stage through to manufacture.

Design Engineer Position Overview

Creating and developing 2D and 3D CAD drawings for DFM & assembly.
Assisting with prototyping and analysing efficacy
Ensuring designs are in compliance with the industries safety and ISO9001 quality standards
Ensuring compliance with the industry safety standards
Presenting of prototypes and designs to customers and internal managers

Design Engineer Position Requirements

5+ years of experience within Design Engineering
Proficient in the use of Solidworks
Knowledge of Draftsight, and Solidworks EPDM software is desirable
Based in a commutable distance of High Wycombe
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Full UK Driving License

Design Engineer Position Remuneration

Salary £30,000 – £45,000 – depending on experience
09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
32 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays
