An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clean Room Operative to join an international engineering brand in Milton Keynes on a temporary basis.

Our client is a global manufacturing company, specialising in providing engineering solutions to an extensive list of high-profile automotive companies. As their production team continues to expand, our client is currently seeking a few self-motivated, conscientious, and hardworking Production Operatives to join their facility in Milton Keynes.

This is an exciting and fast-moving role that will require you to be highly organised, comfortable multitasking and able to prioritise workloads.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous production or assembly experience within a manufacturing organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

General housekeeping
Visual Inspections of parts
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Monitoring quality control and keeping to stringent production deadlines.
Shared responsibility for finished goods meeting or exceeding customer expectations
Follow Clean Room gowning and de-gowning procedures.
Clean Room inspection, cleaning, and packaging per standard work. 
Maintain supplies.
Make labels for tubing and properly complete production reports (per work instructions).
Proper use of measuring devices.
Adhere to quality standards and guidelines.
Maintain accurate records.
Report production issues to Team Leader.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Experience with quality inspecting.
Problem solving, quality tools, attention to detail.
Previous cleanroom experience preferred but not required.
Flexibility to adapt to different processes
Candidates will have a sound understanding of health and safety policies, including manual handling techniques
The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Good communications skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent attention to detail
Hours: Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4.15pm and Friday 7.30am – 12pm OR  Tuesday – Friday 7am – 5pm 

Pay rate: £10.00/h
