Mobile maintenance role based around the South and West of London.

This organisation have an in house maintenance and estates division and this is a great place to work. You will be given a lot of Independence in this mobile maintenance role and be encouraged to progress within the organisation.

Description

You will be responsible for:

PPMs

Reactive maintenance

Basic electrics

Basic plumbing

Fabric maintenance

Building services maintenance

This is a day shift role Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

Profile

We are looking for:

Maintenance Technicians

Driving licence

Multi skilled experience

Multi site experience

Looking for a stable role and in a good company

General maintenance work
