Our client are successul Vehicle leasing business are looking for their next superstar Sales Executive with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to join their team. The candidate will master the entire sales process from new customer to vehicle handover and possess excellent listening and questioning skills. A more than basic knowledge of mechanical knowledge would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Talks and listens to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
Demonstrates the most suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy.
Uses a good understanding of the customer's needs.
Finalise the details of the sale and present the Vehicle Passport to the customer.
Co-ordinate order and delivery.
Ensure product availability fits with customer's expectations, place the order, update customer records and schedules any complementary services/additional work to be completed on the vehicle.
Confirm delivery date, notify the customer of any changes to the original schedule and arrange the handover.
Builds the relationship with the customer during and following handover.
Ensure that each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check the customer is happy.
Develops relationships to win new business.
Plan and organise own daily selling activity – for example by telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to obtain new business.
