Excellent phone skills – taking average 40 calls per day
Sales order processing – taking average 30 orders per day
Handle all customer enquiries
Provide delivery information for customers
Skills :
Previous B2B customer service experience
Must have data entry, typing and analytical skills
SAP and CRM knowledge
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Be team player and the most important thing – be confident
