PMO Lead
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, plus company benefits.

Based at client locations, working remotely or based in our Godalming or Milton Keynes offices.

We are looking for a PMO Lead who possess experience in leading a PMO function for projects/programmes engaged in the delivery of end-user computing and/or networking. In addition, experience in supporting the re-tendering of contracts for complex technology services, exit, transition and insourcing.
Key objectives of a Triad PMO Lead typically include:
To set up appropriate and proportionate governance for both Waterfall and Agile projects/programmes.
To support project and programme managers to select appropriate delivery methodologies.
Tracking and managing deliverables across all projects and programmes.
Facilitating risk and issue workshops.
Helping to manage and prepare reporting to all levels of the organisation, including translation of technical speak to plain English.
Helping to ensure that project/programme decisions are made effectively, and an audit trail is kept.
Ensuring appropriate risk and quality plans and processes are in place; technical, commercial and change delivery.
To work with project/programme managers to set KPI's.
Delivery planning, milestone management and scope management.
To assist with the monitoring of project budgets and spending. Evidence of previous experience aligned with the above responsibilities will be expected.
Nice to have:
Experience in working on consultancy engagements.
Scrum/Agile coaching experience is nice to have but recent/active delivery experience is a must.
Government/Public Sector project experience.
Active Security Clearance (e.g., SC, DV, NPPV). Working for Triad
