Key Responsibilities:
Performance of facilities management services in the business area and report all issues to Helpdesk.
Embed yourself across the specified areas and develop a communication with all person/s using the facility
Ensure effective communication with all relevant personnel. Be proactive and adopt the 'no surprises' principle.
To actively monitor and audit the standard of IFM service on the floor and intervene to deal with any shortcomings identified.
Manage the end to end closure of all open issues.
Escalate trends and emerging issues.
Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes and implement change as required.
Ensure HSE guidelines and regulations are followed at all times. Raise any concerns immediately.
Ensure a safe working environment is constantly achieved, report any accidents and near misses to the Health & Safety team for investigation.
Provide cover and support to other Workplace Coordinators.
Collaborate with other Workplace Coordinators to share experiences and adopt good practice for the benefit of the client.
Meet regularly with all service lines to ensure a combined approach in delivering the services.
Deal with reactive and significant unplanned issues and deliver a Post Incident Report for the sake of lessons learnt.
Ensure all Helpdesk calls / Work orders are monitored to conclusion. Keep Requestors updated on progress where deemed necessary based on SLA and priority of work request.
Ensure statutory compliance and completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance for the client's business area.
Work with the Company / Client's Environmental team to raise awareness and ensure optimum recycling for site/client's business area and/or neighbourhood.
