EXPERIENCED LANDFILL SITE MANAGER, LANDFILL OPERATIONS MANAGER OR LANDFILL SUPERVISOR REQUIRED TO RUN A BUSY OPERATION FOR A KEY INDUSTRY PLAYER

ROLE: Assistant Landfill Site Manager – Waste Management Operations

PACKAGE: up to £34K plus bonus, pension, car or allowance

LOCATION High Wycombe Area

CLIENT: My client is a market leading organisation in the waste management and recycling sector.

ROLE: Assistant Landfill Site Manager – Waste Management Operations

You will be responsible for Landfill Operations

You will be responsible for the management of the team; health, safety and environmental compliance; and a large site operating capital plant equipment such as tractors, excavators and compactors

You will be required to maintain cost control and work within set budgets but not have P & L accountability

EXPERIENCE: Assistant Landfill Site Manager – Waste Management Operations

You will have experience as a Landfill Site Manager or Supervisor or have a Landfill Engineering background

Good man management experience and the ability to provide a health and safety focussed working environment are essential. IOSH / NEBOSH are extremely desirable

COTC4 in waste management (ideally Non-Hazardous Landfill or Hazardous Landfill but any considered)
