My Client is seeking a part-time Administrator to work for an exciting, growing, successful family runned business near Aylesbury.
Looking for someone who is eager to learn their trade within timber, cladding and decking. The ideal candidate would work 3 days a week (Mon, Wed & Fri) with a view of going full-time. Must have a car due to the location of where the business is.
£15k – £17k per annum pro rata DOE.
The ideal candidate will also need to be dog friendly as the owners dog will be on site and in the office.
Role
Answering telephone calls & handling queries
Dealing with Architects
Processing Emails
Taking phone calls
Receiving, evaluating and processing customer orders and quotations
Skills
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel
Well organised
Excellent Communication Skills
