The Client
The client is a well know developer that have been established for over 50 years. They are a nationwide developer who are one of the UK’s most successful house builders.
The Role
The Client is looking for a Customer Care Operative who will support the customer care team and report into the Customer Care Manager. The ideal person will be someone who has expereicne working on new builds or housing association.
Duties
* Carry out defects in line with NHBC Warranty for new builds
* Jack of all trades e.g. carpentry, painting and decorating, mastic, skirting boards, patch plastering etc.
* Support the Customer care team
* Carry out varied remedial work
* All work carried out in the home couunties

A cometitve salary up to £35k + Package
