We are currently recruiting for a worldwide logistics provider based in Milton Keynes Depot.

Ideal candidate would be Self motivated, able to work on own initiative and have strong leadership skills.

Duties

* Oversee the effective running of the Returns function to ensure products are safely handled through all inbound and outbound processes, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to, to meet customer expectations and our SLA.

* Ensure all goods are handled in the correct manner to ensure that damage to kept to a minimum.

* Responsible for the training and aptitude of the Returns staff, ensuring they are briefed and managed in accordance.

* Daily operational & KPI performance and able to communicate this in shift briefings

* Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, and attend all relevant safety briefings

* Provide cover and assistance with reliable end-of-day reporting and customer update calls as needed

Required Skills

* Knowledge of warehouse operations/ returns experience

* Knowledge / operational experience of WMi AS400

* PC literate with intermediate knowledge of Excel, and user knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Windows and Outlook

Hours of work will be working between the hours of 08.00 – 18.00. Due to the nature of the business there could be times where you need to be flexible ensuring all shifts are covered.
