Our client is seeking an Internal Account Manager, you will join a well-established company based in Marlow who provide excellent career progression and personal development.
Salary £21,000 – £26,000 depending on experience, plus 10% bonus.
Hours of work Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5pm / 9am – 5:30 / 9:30am – 6pm) You must be flexible with working hours, during peak times later shifts will be required which you can work from home.
Hybrid working available, 3 days on the office, 2 working from home.
You will be the main contact for a range of accounts, proactively managing them, working to SLAs, investigating, reporting and proposing actions on service.
Responsibilities
* To provide professional and effective services to internal / external customers, to meet customer expectations, particularly in terms of quality and timeliness in line with department standards, procedures and processes.
* Build effective relationships with customers; ensure customers have a good level of understanding and knowledge of products and services.
* Prioritise and manage daily and ad-hoc activities..
* Be involved with complaints / invoice queries, monitor response time, and follow escalation process.
* Work together with other departments within the company to identify any process improvements, and improve standards, efficiency and profitability
* Assist with Forecasting accurately to the business on a daily basis
* Answer and deal with phone calls and emails from all accounts ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
* Continuously have up-to-date knowledge & information to deal with customer queries in a professional and timely
* Pro-actively monitor customer service and inform customers about any service related issues as soon as they arise
* Ensure regular housekeeping of all customer records in CRM
Experience required
* Previous strong account management background
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Willingness to make decisions & problem solve
* Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
* A good team player, able to support other members within the team
* Flexible approach to working hours
