Job: Account Manager/ Customer Service
Location: Marlow
Salary: £21,000 – £26,000
Benefits include a bonus scheme of up to 10% of your annual salary. Currently working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. There are overtime opportunities in peak periods, covering an “out of hours” shift – 18.00 – 20.00, this will be paid at time and a half.
Main Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking an Account Manager/Customer Service candidate with previous B2B (Business-to-Business) account management experience.
* Working to SLA’s, reporting and delivering a continuous service
* Manage customer expectations and deal with all queries
* Responsible for customer retention and building long term working relationships
* Dealing with complaints and invoice queries
* Forecasting
* Support the generation and implementation of new business
Key Skills:
* Articulate and strong communication skills
* Team player
* Client focused and professional
Experience:
* Previous Business-to-Business Account Management experience is essential for this role
