We have a fantastic opportunity to join the world's most broadly-based healthcare company supporting their business as a Customer Service Executive. This is a full time (Monday to Friday – 37 hours) temporary role for 9 months which could be extended for the right candidate, based on their prestigious site in High Wycombe, HP12 4DP, paying £27,000 per annum, pro rata (increasing to £29,000 after 12 weeks). This role is currently hybrid working from home and onsite (2 days home 3-5 days onsite) however this role will become full time onsite (Covid dependent).
Position Summary:
To interact with customers and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner to maintain optimum customer service standards to ensure that patients receive their medicine (you will not be expected to give medical advice). You will resolve delivery issues and provide support throughout the team.
Responsibilities
Process orders in a timely and accurate manner to meet our delivery cut off times and customer expectations including orders received from customers by Phone, Fax, EDI & Email.
Create new accounts in line with Good Distribution Practice.
Respond to all customer orders to ensure UK & Ireland patient demand is met.
Check that daily working practices comply with Sarbanes Oxley controls.
Answer and process telephone calls which may be: Order related, Query related, Claim related (stock discrepancies, returns, free of charges)
Log all complaints on our Complaints Management System
Support any existing, or new, projects which may arise that improve efficiencies and support the business
Build and maintain relationships with internal departments to collaborate on continually improving processes etc.
Build and maintain relationships with external customers.
Ensure safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors
Ensure HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors
Ensure inspection readiness with respect to personal training compliance, and availability of recent CV and individualised Job DescriptionSkills and Experience
Must be proactive and willing to learn new skills.
Must be competent in using Microsoft Office.
SAP experience desirable but not essential.
Ability to communicate with a range of people.
Must be a good listener (you are the customer's first port of call)
