We expect you to:
· Have experience in providing excellent customer service
· Be computer literate / have data entry experience
· Have good communication and interpersonal skills
· Be available to work full time (any 5 out of 7 days a week – rota provided in advance)
You will be:
· the first point of contact for customers’ queries
· responding to inquiries via phone, email, live chat
· problem solving
· able to navigate a computerized data entry system
Working hours – 40 hours per week based on a Rota provided in advance. 1 hour unpaid lunch break with 2 x 15min additional paid breaks
