We are seeking experienced, successful individuals to fulfil our Consultant roles on an established desk with extensive growth opportunities:

Liaising with clients to understand their requirements in order to recruit suitable candidates for their roles.
Utilising knowledge of client's requirements to create suitable, accurate and compliant job advertisements
Ensure all recruitment tools are utilized to include Job Boards and Social Media
Maintain working pool of candidates in line with client requirements
Manage working pool availability and ensure in house system is kept up to date
Liaise with clients to receive booking requirements and ensure fulfilment with compliant and suitable candidate from working pool..
As first line contact for candidate queries, ensure these are dealt with promptly and professional and escalate to Senior where necessary.
General Administrative duties
We're looking for individuals to take full autonomy of the overall service delivery to our existing clients, creating a busy but vibrant environment.
