BASIC SALARY: Up to £28,000

LOCATION: Milton Keynes
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: You'll need to live commutable to our Milton Keynes office, but you could be based in Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury, Banbury
JOB DESCRIPTION: Internal Sales, Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager – Financial Solutions, B2B
You will be required complete a full 360 sales process, from cold calling to closing. You'll call companies and offer bespoke financial solutions in order to win new business and gain a thorough understanding of the client's needs. As we are FCA regulated, you'll need to adopt a consultative approach to enable the client to make an informed decision of which product is right for them.
Your main responsibilities as an Internal Sales, Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager will include, but not limited to:
· Cold calling businesses and prospect for new business
· Fully understanding the client's needs
· Complete a detailed financial proposal, including the client's information, which will be presented to our lending panel
· Negotiating with the client to close the deal
· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business in the future
· Consistently improving your knowledge of the finance products which we offer
· Reviewing and monitoring your own performance to ensure you are meeting or exceeding your own targets
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales, Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager – Financial Solutions, B2B
You'll have some sales experience and will be a confident self-starter with good lead generation skills within a B2B market and be able to own the entire sales process. Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a brokerage, but this isn't essential.
· As the role is mostly cold calling, you'll need to be resilient and persevere to be successful
· You'll have the drive and determination to exceed your targets regularly and possess great interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and customers
· To be successful, our Account Managers must have good time management and organisational skills
· It's essential that you have great attention to detail due to us being regulated by the FCA

We are a finance brokerage based in Central Milton Keynes and we offer financial solutions to businesses across a range of 30+ sectors within the UK.
We were established in July 2019 and have rapidly grown since our inception and have now brokered over £80million in borrowed funds and our aim is to surpass £100million by June this year! We have recently signed for a new office space with over twice the capacity to reflect the extreme growth we are projecting over the coming years.
