We are currently recruiting for a fantastic brand new role for our manufacturing client for a Learning and Development Manager due to continued expansion of the business

This role will be concentrating on the implementation and delivery of learning and development practices throughout the business both face to face and virtually to continue to improve the quality of working practices.

Duties will include:

* Working with managers and key stakeholders to evaluate training needs

* Implementing and designing programmes focusing on progression for employees

* Delivering training to departments at various sites

* Developing of employees and senior managers

Offering competitive salary of up to £45k dependent on experience

Travel will be required when necessary
