Our client, a Global leading Drainage company, is looking to expand their team in seeking Drainage Engineers based in their Milton Keynes Operations.

Duties will include but not limited too

• Responsible for all aspects of driving/operating vacuum tankers, combination vacuum/jetting tankers and similar equipment in accordance with best safety and environmental practice.

Also responsible for driving a range of other Company vehicles.

• Responsible for accurate completion and ‘sign off’ of statutory and Company paperwork.

• Responsible for performing daily walk-round checks of allocated vehicles and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and filed. In the event that a defect is identified the driver shall record and report this immediately to enable appropriate action to be taken to rectify the fault and ensure the continued roadworthiness of the vehicle.

• Responsible for emptying and washing the inside of the vacuum tankers after discharging contents.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company safe operating procedures and adherence with site safety rules.

• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all company equipment and accessories on site.

• Carry out all job tasks assigned by senior members of staff in a safe and effective manner.

• Accountable for upholding company’ values and commitments to health and safety to all team members.

• Partake in company duty rota for emergency cover as required.

• Provide guidance and where applicable training to staff.

• Required to be flexible and actively participate in formal discipline and safety training and

Experience Required

• Full UK LGV drivers licence

• UK Passport

• Drainage experience

• HGV drivers licence

• CPC
