Specification Sales Manager – Domestic Heating Systems
The Client:
A global manufacturer with strong presence in the UK. This is market leading division that has received huge financial backing from the corporate entity. In this role you will be given a very structured career path into a leadership role if you are successful.
The Role:
You will be responsible for a recently launched range of leading-edge products, unlike anything on the market today. Initial feedback from the market has been extremely encouraging, leading to the requirement for a Specification Sales Manager to deal with large contracts.
You will target both private and public sector projects, dealing with Architects and M&E Consultants. A colleague will ensure that your specifications aren’t broken at contractor stage, leaving you to solely deal with key specifiers. In addition to this, it’s vital that you engage with key stakeholders within the end client to understand their needs early in the sales process.
The Person:
It’s likely that you have a few years consultative sales experience from the construction industry.
The Rewards:
A basic salary of £40 – 50,000 is on offer with a host of ancillary benefits including Company Car, Bonus Scheme, Pension and Healthcare.
