Fawkes and Reece have been approached by a very well-respected main contractor who have a site in Milton Keynes for a high end commercial refurbishment. I am assisting with their search for a highly skilled Project Manager for their landmark scheme to run the site as a No. 1.

As a business they are known for producing a first-class product which has kept them as a five-star contractor in the UK, they have a solid order book due to their repeat business with loyal clients. They are selective in the projects they deliver and do some really interesting projects across various sectors from commercial, leisure, performing arts all across the UK.

We are looking for a skilled all-round Project Manager to report into a visiting Contracts manager. You will have a team reporting into you and you will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, to programme and to clients specification. My client is looking for an experienced Project manager that has worked on high end schemes and have managed the entire process from cradle to grave.

They are looking for someone that can demonstrate leadership quality and with ability to take charge and drive a site forward managing all elements of the build throughout.
